Angiolo Manetti

The project was born from a portfolio of photographs that I collected during various trips to the African continent and which over the years have obtained various awards in national and international photographic competitions also of a certain prestige (for example the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2017). The project is divided into three macro topics: • Landscapes • Animals • Human beings which I believe to be particularly suitable for involving the reader and guiding him in the knowledge of most of the beauties and peculiarities of Africa, with the final, undeclared goal of dragging him on a real visual journey. Furthermore, to better understand the spirit of this great continent and its inhabitants, I thought it appropriate to accompany the photos with African proverbs / aphorisms.
