Although November is usually seen as the month of photography in Paris, the 4th annual Circulation(s) Festival brings the City of Light a fresh jolt of photography in the spring. The heart of this year's festival is an exhibition featuring the work of 44 young and emerging photographers hailing from all corners of Europe.

The festival also features workshops, portfolio reviews, exhibitions of photography in several Metro stations throughout Paris, and cinematic screenings of highlights from other European photography festivals. By combining all of these activities, Circulation(s) believes that it's giving an opportunity for young artists to be represented in the cultural and artistic European scene, while also facilitating the circulation of cultural works to the widest possible audience.

Circulation(s) was founded in 2011 by Fetart, an organization dedicated to promoting emerging photographers. This year, the festivities are centered at the relatively new and hip Cent Quatre, an artistic collaborative center located in heart of Paris.
